June 2022 – We are delighted to announce SNORS has again won a £1,000 #MovementForGood award from Church Matters with Ecclesiastical Insurance Group thanks to nominations from the public.
The funds will be put towards our ‘Wishing for a Miracle’ building fund.
March 2022 – We are delighted to reported that our Easter Auction raised a staggering £1.5k with £300 in donations, Thanks You.
December 2021 – The SNORS Festive Auction raised an incredible £2.5k! This is our biggest total ever, thank you.
July 2021 – We are delighted to announce SNORS has won a £1,000 #MovementForGood award from Church Matters with Ecclesiastical Insurance Group thanks to nominations from the public.
SNORS is one of 500 winners in specialist insurer Ecclesiastical’s Movement for Good awards which is giving £1million to charities this summer.
Over 13,000 charities were nominated by more than 210,000 members of the public.
The funds will be put towards our £400,000 ‘Wishing for a Miracle’ building fund.
March 2021 – We are delighted to announce that our spring auction raised a staggering £1720.
December 2020 – We are delighted to announce that our festive auction raised a record breaking £2500 and our first craft auction £450.
October 2020 – We are absolutely delighted to have received a grant from The Marchig Animal Welfare Trust. This is towards our veterinary fees, equipment, medicinal and food costs. Its really taken a huge pressure off the charity at a very difficult time, we are incredibly grateful. Thank you.
April 2020 – Our Easter Auction raised £707. Thank you all for your support.
February 2020 – We are delighted to announce the launch of our Building Fund – to expand the charity and to move it to large permanently owned premises, ensuring its long term future.
Christmas 2019 – Our Christmas auction was the best yet! You helped us raise £1972, £500 of which will be used to kick start out building fund. You are all brilliant, thank you.
Easter 2019 – Our Easter Auction raised approximately £1000. Thank you for your support.
October 2018 – We are delighted to have raised £1,600 in the Snors Christmas auction.
May 2018 – We are delighted to have been chosen as one of The Rabbit Welfare Association and Fund sponsored rabbit rescues for 2018! Thank you to the RWAF and its members for supporting what we do here at SNORS.
April 2018 – Our Easter Auction raised approximately £1500. We had 274 winning items and almost 90 individual winners (the most we have had yet!). Thanks to all our bidders and donors.

January 2017 – We were helped by Dr Christine Hone-Buske in January 2017. Christine developed a special range of Binky Days cards using pictures from her beloved bunny Louie, which she sold on behalf of Snors. Sadly, we were devastated to hear Christine passed away in May 2019. Christine was a very special lady and one we will always remember fondly. RIP beautiful lady.
SNORS only rehome from reputable rescue centres. If you are a rescue that neuters, vaccinates and home check’s please do get in touch if you have a rabbit to go on our waiting list as it can take many months for a space to become available. Priority is given to those most in need.
